On November 10, 2021, Governor Newsom announced the appointment of Mark T. Cumba to serve as a Judge in the San Diego County Superior Court.
Judge Cumba has long been a highly-regarded attorney and mentor in the San Diego community, and PALSD is proud to have been one of the organizations that have strongly supported his candidacy.
