The San Diego Asian Film Festival (SDAFF) is a competitive film festival aiming to celebrate achievements in Asian American cinema.
For the 22nd Annual San Diego Asian Film Festival, PALSD is proud to co-present the movie SINKHOLE. "Filmed before the pandemic, but released in the middle of one, SINKHOLE delivered Korean cinema’s biggest opening weekend of 2021. Equal parts survival thriller and confinement comedy, SINKHOLE is an over-the-top disaster romp of Sharknado proportions that stages a most unprecedented nightmare of getting stuck in one’s home, and then lets the audience laugh at its utter absurdity." We have limited free tickets for members. For tickets, please email info@palsd.org with the number of tickets requested in your email. Free parking at the venue. Attendees must show proof of vaccination or negative PCR test (last 72 hours) for entry. Mask or facial covering is required for entry.
After the movie (~7:30 pm), please join us for a casual social with the members of KABA (Korean American Bar Association San Diego) at North Italia (Fashion Valley), 7055 Friars Road.
